These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the services provided by The Doggo Scoop (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, using our website, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“Customer” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Doggo Scoop provides pet waste removal and related yard sanitation services at residential and, where agreed, commercial properties. Service frequency, scope, and pricing are communicated prior to service beginning.
Services may include pet waste collection, removal, and basic sanitation of accessible yard areas. Additional services must be agreed upon in advance. Customer must promptly notify The Doggo Scoop of any changes in the number of pets using the yard, as service scope, pricing, and visit duration may change accordingly.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are provided on a one-time or recurring basis without a long-term contract. You may cancel recurring services at any time subject to the cancellation terms below.
If photo confirmation is provided, images may be taken to document completed service and gate closure. Photo confirmation demonstrates service completion at the time of departure but does not guarantee that subsequent events (e.g., pets reopening gates, weather, third parties) did not occur after service. Service completion may also be verified through technician records, scheduling logs, GPS timestamps, or photo confirmation where available.
Service may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule missed visits. In rare circumstances where hazardous weather makes service unsafe or impossible, we will perform the cleanup as soon as conditions safely allow.
Either party may terminate recurring service at any time with written notice (including email or text). Any outstanding balances must be paid within fifteen (15) days of service termination.
Except where required by law, The Doggo Scoop assumes no liability for damage to yards, gates, pets, fencing, landscaping, or other property arising during the normal course of service.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service visit giving rise to the claim.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Doggo Scoop and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from unsafe property conditions, pet behavior, or inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
While we strive for thorough service, complete removal of all pet waste cannot be guaranteed in extreme conditions such as heavy overgrowth, snow, flooding, debris-covered areas, or concealed waste.
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available on our website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
Referral Rewards Customers may receive two complimentary service visits when they refer a new customer who signs up for recurring service. To qualify: • The referred customer must sign up for recurring service. • The referred customer must remain active for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months. • After the three-month period is completed, the referring customer will receive two complimentary service visits. Referral rewards are limited to active customers and have no cash value. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account. ⸻ Free Initial Cleanup Promotion Customers who sign up for recurring service may qualify for a complimentary initial yard cleanup. This free initial cleanup is offered as part of a recurring service promotion and requires a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months of service. If recurring service is canceled before the three-month minimum period is completed, the initial cleanup fee will be added to the final invoice at the standard cleanup rate. ⸻ Promotional Terms Promotional offers, discounts, and referral programs may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of The Doggo Scoop.

By initiating or continuing service with The Doggo Scoop, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and responsibilities.
