How often should I have my turf professionally cleaned?
For households with pets, quarterly cleaning is our minimum recommendation. Yards with multiple dogs or heavy traffic benefit from monthly or bi-monthly service. Regular cleaning prevents bacteria and odor from building up in the infill between visits.
Are your products safe for my dogs and kids?
Yes. We use enzyme-based, all-natural treatments that are non-toxic and residue-free once dry. We'll let you know when the turf is safe to use again after each service — typically just a short dry time.
Will this actually remove odors, or just cover them up?
Our enzyme treatments chemically break down the urine crystals and bacteria that cause odors at the source — in the infill layer, not just at the surface. This is a permanent solution, not a masking spray that fades in a week.
My turf has never been professionally cleaned — can you still help?
Absolutely. First-time cleanings on neglected or heavily soiled turf often produce the most dramatic results. We'll assess the condition on arrival and recommend the right service tier — usually our Full Extraction package for turf that hasn't been serviced before.
How long does a turf cleaning appointment take?
Most residential turf cleanings take 1–2 hours depending on the square footage and package selected. Our Full Extraction service may take slightly longer for heavily soiled areas. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the turf cleaning?
Nope! As long as we have access to the turf area, we can handle everything and be on our way. Most of our customers aren't home during service.
Can turf cleaning be combined with my regular scooping service?
Yes — and it's the ideal combination. Regular scooping removes the solid waste, while periodic turf cleaning treats what's left behind in the infill. Together they give you the cleanest, freshest yard possible.
