Once you sign up, a Doggo Scoop team member will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
We’ll make sure your account is complete. Confirming your address, phone number, email, and any other details we need to get started.
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once autopay is active, invoices and receipts are sent directly to your email and stored in your customer portal. Accounts with outstanding balances prior to the first service of the month will be removed from the schedule.

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we'll handle everything and be on our way. Most of our customers aren't home during service.
Absolutely, we love having dogs around while we work! We only ask that dogs with a history of aggression are kept inside during service. Our team’s safety comes first, and continued aggressive behavior may result in removal from our schedule.
The Doggo Scoop® will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, and dog runs.
Dog poop is considered a hazardous material, so all waste is double bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin before we leave, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible disposal.
At The Doggo Scoop®, your dog’s safety is built into every part of our service. All equipment and shoes are cleaned with kennel-grade disinfectant between every yard to prevent the spread of germs and illness. Every visit ends with a gate photo confirmation so you always know your yard is secure. And every member of our team is background checked and driving screened before they ever step foot in your yard.
The Doggo Scoop® offers pooper scooper service plans starting at $69 per month. Pricing is based on yard size, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients pay between $95 and $135 per month.
Yes! We work in most weather conditions to keep your yard on schedule. If weather ever makes service unsafe, we'll communicate and reschedule promptly.
All payments are made securely through your online portal using bank account or with credit/debit card. For one-time cleanups, payment is due before service is provided. For recurring service plans, your first initial cleanup is complimentary. Billing begins automatically on the 1st of each month. If you join mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated based on your remaining visits for that month, with your complimentary initial cleanup already applied. For example, if you join with three visits remaining in the month, you will only be charged for two.
Nope. You can start, pause, or cancel anytime. Just give us a call, send a text, or manage it directly through your online portal.

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. We typically offer 2 to 3 available days in your area so you can choose what works best for your schedule.
