Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Once autopay is active, invoices and receipts are sent directly to your email and stored in your customer portal. Accounts with outstanding balances prior to the first service of the month will be removed from the schedule.

Nope. As long as we have gate access, we'll handle everything and be on our way. Most of our customers aren't home during their visit — that's the whole point.
Absolutely — we love working around dogs. We only ask that dogs with a history of aggression be kept inside during service. Our team's safety always comes first.
All waste is double-bagged and placed in your outdoor trash bin before we leave. For one-time cleanups, haul-away is available so we take it completely off your property.
We clean any area of your property with dog waste issues — front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, and more. If your dog goes there, we cover it.
No contracts, ever. Start, pause, or cancel at any time by calling, texting, or managing it through your online portal. We keep customers because the service is good, not because of fine print.
For recurring plans, billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Your first initial cleanup is complimentary. If you join mid-month, your first invoice is prorated. For one-time cleanups, payment is due before service.
